Mr. Thomas, Fort Worth, TX native, is a U.S. Marine who remains focused on the mission. Only this time, he is no longer serving in the military ranks, rather he is serving in the trenches of the community, schools, and households of Central Texas.

Having spent his entire childhood as a former at-risk child, Mr. Thomas knows all-too-well the impact of fatherlessness and poverty. Due to his experience with various risk factors, Mr. Thomas has devoted his efforts, gifts, energy, and resources to instill hope in the lives of the under-served and disadvantaged youth and young adults.  Mr. Thomas leads a team of servant leaders who are on a mission to impact the lives of the youth and young adults.

Not only is Mr. Thomas a U.S. Marine, At-Risk Interventionist, and Community Leader, but he is a devoted husband and father of five children. While Mr. Thomas is a man who means business and holds a bachelor's of science in Business Management to add to his business repertoire, he values those intimate moments with his family as they enjoy fun-filled experiences such as bowling, wrestling, football, basketball, movie-watching and traveling.

Perhaps one of Mr. Thomas's favorite quotes sums up his mission:

"A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle."

So he is... on a mission to light as many candles as he can during the remaining time

that he has on this earth.
